By accessing and using BringBack through our website (bringback.pro) or our official Android mobile application (pro.bringback.app) (collectively, the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

BringBack provides AI-powered photo restoration services that enhance, repair, upscale, animate, and restore damaged, faded, or low-quality photographs. Our service includes:

• Automated photo restoration using artificial intelligence
• Damage repair (tears, scratches, water damage)
• Color restoration and vintage photograph colorization
• Resolution upscaling and facial detail enhancement
• Portrait animation and creative multi-photo reunions
• Digital delivery of restored images and videos

You agree to:

• Only upload photos you own or have permission to restore
• Not upload illegal, offensive, or copyrighted content
• Use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed
• Provide accurate account and payment information
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or misuse our AI technology

• Web Payments: Purchases on our website are processed securely via third-party checkout providers (such as Dodo Payments).
• Google Play In-App Purchases (Android): Purchases made in the BringBack Android mobile app are processed exclusively via Google Play In-App Billing and are subject to Google Play's Terms of Service and refund policies.
• Credit Validity: Purchased credits are consumable digital items tied to your BringBack account. Credits do not expire, but are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Refunds: Web purchases are backed by our 30-day money-back guarantee; Android purchases follow Google Play's standard refund procedures (see our Refund Policy).

Your Photos: You retain all rights to your original and restored photos. We claim no ownership over your content.

Our Technology: The BringBack service, AI algorithms, and website are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

While we strive for excellent results, please understand:

• AI restoration results may vary based on photo condition
• Some severely damaged photos may not be fully restorable
• Service availability may be interrupted for maintenance
• We reserve the right to refuse service for inappropriate content

BringBack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

If you download or access the BringBack AI mobile application through the Google Play Store or any third-party app marketplace:

• These Terms are concluded solely between you and BringBack, not Google LLC or any marketplace operator.
• Google LLC has no obligation to furnish maintenance or customer support services regarding the application.
• You agree to comply with all applicable third-party terms (including the Google Play Terms of Service) when using the application.
• Google LLC and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and have the right to enforce them against you as a third-party beneficiary.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or website notice. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
